Unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding the original shipping and handling fee. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges when sending items back to Oka Brands. We do not provide a prepaid label or reimburse shipping costs so as to keep our shoes better priced for everyone. A return form will be included with each shipment with instructions on how to return.
